Program Structure

Orientation and Onboarding

Interns begin with an orientation session where they are introduced to Bots at Work’s culture, values, and policies. They will also familiarize themselves with the company’s systems and be introduced to their Systems Engineer mentor, who will guide them throughout the program.

Project Assignment

Interns are assigned projects based on their skills, interests, and career aspirations. These projects are designed to provide hands-on experience in AI and automation technology, offering valuable learning opportunities and professional growth.

Networking and Relationship Building

Interns will have the chance to connect with colleagues and fellow interns through online team-building activities and professional networking events. Additionally, we host monthly meet-ups and quarterly offsite gatherings to foster camaraderie, mentorship, and deeper collaboration.

Learning and Development

To enhance their technical and professional skills, interns gain access to ongoing workshops, training sessions, and industry-related learning resources, ensuring they stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and automation.

Performance Evaluations

Regular feedback sessions are conducted to assess intern performance, provide constructive guidance, and support continuous improvement. A final evaluation is carried out at the end of the program to review achievements and progress.

Pathway to Employment

FAQs

What will be my obligations and duties as an intern?

We assign tasks related to your course to keep you motivated and engaged. This approach allows you to work in your "zone of genius" on projects you’re passionate about.

Will the assigned tasks be related to my course?

As a startup, our tasks and projects evolve. However, we strive to (1) assign tasks aligned with your course, and (2) ensure you work on tasks you enjoy and are passionate about.

What requirements are needed?

A laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download speed). Mobile users may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Will it be a work-from-home setup?

Yes, our entire OJT program is conducted remotely. A strong internet connection and a capable device are essential.

Is my working hours flexible or is it fixed at 8 hours per day?

Our working hours are very flexible. While we ideally aim for 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), we accommodate students’ individual schedules.

Will it be a paid internship?

No, this is an unpaid internship. However, you will have access to paid mentorship programs and courses to kick-start your virtual career.
