Omnirad Technologies Inc. (“Bots at Work”, the “Company”, “us” or “we”) understands the importance of your (the “End User”) privacy and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information, and Privileged Information (collectively, “Personal Data”) that may be collected from you through the use of our Chatbot platform (the “Services”), in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable privacy laws. What Personal Data do we collect?

When you inquire about or use our Services, you will be asked for the following Personal Data:

    c. Your contact number
  2. Professional data in relation to your company or business, including:
    a. Your company name, when applicable

For what purposes do we collect or process your Personal Data?

How do we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data?

The Company collects Personal Data when you communicate with us, such as by using our Services, signing up for our email list, browsing our website or through Facebook Messenger. Where Personal Data is collected through Facebook Messenger or through a third party, Facebook’s or such other third party’s relevant privacy policy will also apply. You are encouraged to carefully review the privacy policy/ies of any third party/ies you access.

The Company may disclose, share, or transfer the Personal Data to other persons or organizations pursuant to its legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of the third party concerned, or if required by applicable laws. How do we store and retain your Personal Data?

All Personal Data to be collected are transmitted and stored securely in electronic formats. Access to the Personal Data is limited to the Company and/or Company personnel who have a legitimate interest in them for the purpose of carrying out their official functions or duties. The Personal Data is kept for five (5) years, or as long as necessary to achieve the declared purpose of their collection.

Are minors allowed to use our Services?

Persons under eighteen (18) years old may only use our Services and share their Personal Data through their parent/s or legal guardian.

The Company may, from time to time, make changes to this Privacy Policy. The effective date will be displayed below the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to check this policy regularly for changes.

By using our Services, you affirm that you are fully informed of your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and what is stated in this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
